Quality Inn Palm Beach International Airport

If you’re going to compare this hotel to a hotel that runs $250-$300, then you’re not giving a fair rating. If you’re gonna review this hotel based on value for your money, you won’t find a better value anywhere in Palm Beach. I literally stayed here for four nights and the cost was under $400. They provided free breakfast. The rooms were clean. The cable worked well. The staff was friendly. The location was great. They have a refrigerator in the microwave. The only two things about this place that I would even complain about is the Internet lags. And the stopper in the bathtub won’t stay up so I had to prop it up when I took a shower. Outside of that, This motel is cleaner than some of the $250-$300 Hotels that I’ve stayed in. Offers way more than other hotels. The TV is bigger. The parking lot is patrolled by security, so the fact that it’s cheap doesn’t make it unsafe. They take great Pride in giving a good value for your money. I have stated quality ends all over the nation and this seems to be the culture with quality Inn. Whenever I go out of town on a budget, I look for the first Quality Inn that I can find. We stayed in one in Savannah Georgia and it was super nice. Same amenities. Same culture. Same value for your money. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay and your budget tight, but you wanna stay somewhere that is clean and safe, this is the place for you. I will always use this motel if I’m in town. I called it a motel because the doors are on the outside. That’s the only difference between this place and hotels. Unlike most places where the doors are on the outside, this place is extremely clean and very nice and well kept.

Hotel is an ideal location for anybody wanting to use nearby airport. The lobby is comfortable and has coffee available. The staff are very friendly. Everybody in our party were happy with their rooms.

$300 for a room on a Thursday in February is a lot but for West Palm its a deal vs the alternatives. Very comfortable bed and room. Definitely a safe bet for a good night's sleep.

When I visit West Palm Beach, FL this is the only hotel I reside in. It is my "go to"! I believe that the housekeeping staff is the best in the state. Those women take their jobs seriously and do it with pride. I have never had to complain or bring anything to the staff's attention!. It's in a great, safe location to say the least. Hat's off to the management of this Quality Inn! I have been staying there for years and I should have posted this review long ago!

For a reasonably priced budget hotel this was an excellent experience. That's why I gave it five stars. The staff is responsive, efficient and friendly. It is well staffed for housekeeping and groundskeeping. It is well located near I-95 and the Palm Beach airport, and all kinds of stores for your needs

This is my second time staying at the Quality Inn and I have had a wonderful experience both times. Centrally located to all areas of west Palm Beach, the rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. A special shout out to Shahla Siddiqi who made our dining experience with the continental breakfast a true joy. Will definitely be back again when we return in April!

Rooms are a bit out dated, WiFi shuts off every 2 minutes, breakfast is included and was okay! Parking is great! Location is great close to the airport and downtown. Pool gets shady because the building is blocking the sun most of the time, expensive for what it is.

Nice staff. BUT web site says Free Airport shuttle. It's NOT. it's $10 (which is $1 less than Lyft). Breakfast lady was nice
